GIRLS TRY HOCKEY FOR FREE DAY RETURNS TO THE CUBE

The Cube – Ice and Entertainment Center, Powered by FivePoint Valencia, invites girls to experience the thrill of hockey at this year’s Girls Try Hockey for Free Day, happening on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. This free event is designed to introduce girls to the exciting sport of hockey in a fun and welcoming environment.

Girls ages five to nine are encouraged to participate in a day filled with energy, teamwork and learning opportunities both on and off the ice. Participants will begin with a ball hockey session where they’ll lace up their sneakers and join female hockey ambassadors for an engaging and accessible version of the game—no ice or gear required. Following this, attendees will head to the rink for an on-ice Learn to Skate session led by the Hockey Development Team. Skates will be provided at no cost by The Cube.
